Cancel skills sessions, lessons, and classes at least 24 hours before start for a refund or credit; later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Full-ice rentals use a separate agreement.

How far in advance can I book?: Sessions open for booking up to 7 days in advance. The calendar shows the current week — use the navigation arrows to browse upcoming sessions.
What is the cancellation policy?: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session start time are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window and no-shows are not refundable. Full terms are at elev802vegas.com/terms; you accept them via the Wix Bookings checkbox at checkout.
What should I bring to a skills session?: Full hockey equipment is required: skates, stick, helmet, gloves, and protective gear. Goalies should bring their complete goalie setup. Water is encouraged.
