Schedule Changes
We reserve the right to modify program schedules, cancel sessions, or substitute coaches as necessary. In the event of a cancellation by 702HOCKEY, we will provide notice and offer rescheduling options or appropriate refunds.
4. Health and Safety
Medical Fitness
By participating in our programs, you represent that you (or your child) are in good health and physically capable of participating in hockey training activities. You should consult with a physician before beginning any new exercise program.
Assumption of Risk
Hockey training involves physical activity that carries inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that 702HOCKEY, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during participation in our programs, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Required Equipment
Participants must wear appropriate safety equipment as specified for each program. Failure to use required safety equipment may result in exclusion from training sessions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of 702HOCKEY or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without our prior written permission.
6. Photography and Media Release
During training sessions and events, we may take photographs and videos for promotional purposes. By participating in our programs, you consent to the use of your (or your child's) image and likeness in our marketing materials, website, and social media. If you do not wish to be included in such materials, please notify us in writing.
